These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the gutter services we provide across the greater Redding area and Shasta County. By using this site, requesting a quote, or hiring us for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Use of this site
This website is provided to share information about our gutter cleaning, gutter guard, downspout, and inspection services and to make it easy to request a quote. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, photographs of our work, the Shasta Gutter name and logo, graphics, and page design — is owned by or licensed to Shasta Gutter Cleaning and Guards and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or booking our services, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for other purposes without our written permission.

Service Terms
Quotes and estimates
Quotes and estimates are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information you give us (such as your address and the number of stories your home is) and on what we observe at the property. If conditions differ materially from what was described — for example, unusually heavy debris, difficult access, or damage discovered on arrival — we will discuss any change before doing additional work.
Scheduling, access, and your property
To complete most jobs we need safe access to your roofline and, for cleanings, access to a working water spigot. You do not usually need to be home, as long as we can reach the work areas. Please let us know about pets, security systems, fragile landscaping, or other concerns in advance. We treat your property with care and aim to leave it cleaner than we found it.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of your quote or upon completion of the work unless we arrange otherwise in writing. We will tell you the price before we start, and you will not be charged surprise fees.
"Good for the Season" guarantee
Every gutter cleaning is backed by our "Good for the Season" guarantee: if your gutters overflow within four (4) months of a cleaning, we will return and re-clear them at no additional charge. The guarantee covers re-clearing of the gutters we serviced and does not cover overflow caused by gutter damage, undersized or improperly pitched gutters, downspouts blocked underground or beyond the visible system, storm or weather events beyond normal seasonal debris, or work performed by others after our visit. The guarantee applies to the cleaning service only and is not a warranty of the gutters themselves, gutter guards, or any structure.
Gutter guards and materials
Gutter guards and covers we install carry the manufacturer's warranty, if any; we pass through those terms and do not provide a separate product warranty unless stated in writing. Guards reduce how often gutters need clearing but do not eliminate all maintenance, and their performance depends on your roofline and the trees around your home.
Limitation of liability
We are licensed and insured and perform our work in a professional manner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shasta Gutter Cleaning and Guards is not liable for pre-existing conditions (such as already-rotted fascia, prior water damage, or aging gutters and fasteners), for damage that results from conditions we could not reasonably have discovered, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Photos of our work
We may take before-and-after photos of the work for quality records and, occasionally, to show examples of our work on our website or social media. These photos focus on the gutters and roofline and are not used to identify you or your address. If you prefer we not use photos of your property publicly, just let us know.
Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as you reasonably can so we can offer the time to another customer. We will do the same for you if weather or circumstances require us to move your appointment.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Shasta Gutter Cleaning and Guards operates a text-messaging program so we can communicate with you about your gutter service. By texting us at (530) 688-8367, or using a "Text for a quote" link, you opt in and agree to these SMS terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service — you can always call or email us instead.
Message types and use cases. This is a conversational program. The messages we send include:
- Replies to your questions and quote requests
- Quote details and follow-up
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Updates about the work at your property
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Shasta Gutter Cleaning and Guards does not charge for text messages, but your carrier's standard rates may apply.
How to opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will not send you further texts except to confirm that you have opted out. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy and no sharing. Your text-messaging consent and the mobile information you share with us are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for text messaging are never shared with any third parties.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Shasta County, California.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
